These tools and choices allow us to pass genuine value on to our customers without compromising our business model. We also pride ourselves in continuous education of modern machining techniques while staying true to the the heritage of the machining trade. This keeps manufacturing processes in house, reducing customer expense while boosting our capability as a machine shop.
Meet The Owner
My name is Patrick Purdy, and I am a Mechanical Engineer with a Master's degree in Business Administration. I've worked for 5 years as a Manufacturing Engineer for world class manufacturers in the fastener and automotive industries. I've experienced a wide array of manufacturing processes, but a majority of my career has been centered on CNC mill and lathe automation. As a person, I strive to be prepared for life's challenges, be honest and true, and to act in a manner that promotes long-term growth and sustainability. It was my hope when starting Purdy Machine and Manufacturing, that it would thrive as an extension of my personal philosophy.
As the leader of the business it is my goal for the business and all parties thereof to be stewards to the tools, processes, trades, and machines that make manufacturing possible. This means taking care of all resources, human or otherwise, for the benefit of the company and our customers. Furthermore, actions taken on behalf of the company are intended to be sustainable, building lasting relationships with employees, customers, and the community, while positioning the company to endure in the long-term. I know that all of this is possible through continued learning on all levels of the company, and adoption of new techniques, tools, and processes which will improve how we work and engage with one another.
